I hv a golf mk3 which came wt custom 195/50 15 tyre bt I noticed that the driving is harsh and the ground clearance is awful. I changed to 195/60 15 bt noticed a drop in my fuel economy, it touches my arches when I turn the steering to full and my speedometer has changed to greater acceleration compared to what it used to be.
pls shld I raised the suspension a bit and maintain the custom size (it is also scarce to get a new one in that size) or should i raise it higher and go wt d later which is above the vehicle specification.
Will also like to know the pros and cons in doing each one.

no,just CL spec.

Check your suspensions, they're either GTI specs suspensions or they have gone weak and need replacement with a golf mk3 CL type suspension. DON'T raise your car and please revert to manufacturer's specified tyres if you really wish to enjoy this car.
