A family of four residing at no 2 akinwunmi street,opposite rits plaza,Ibafo in Ogun state were said to have taken ill yesterday afternoon,they youngest of the kid has been said to have displayed full symptoms of the dreaded virus,neighbours were alerted by a friend who came visiting,the friend mr kolawole adejoye was said to have knocked for close to five minutes with no response,but since no lock was seen on the door,he assumed someone might be home and perhaps asleep,he then bumbed in only to fined the entire family sprawled on the floor,with the youngest kid discharging blood from his nose,he then alerted the neighbours who then suggested among thmselves to call the ebola helplines,the Ibafo police station ws also contacted and the suspected cases have all been taken to an undisclosed health center, the DPO insp Segun bamidele has appealed for calm in the area and has warned against rumour mongering saying the cases are yet to be confirmed,meanwhile all neighbours including Kola adejoye have been placed on hold,and might be taken into isolation soon,the police have cordoned off the area to prevent unwanted chaos and manipulation especially by street urchins.
