Yeah,
Like it or not if u were born on the 29th of february,
it then means that u will only celebrate ur birthday once in 4years!! 

My younger brother is one such person.
We make fun of him (at least i do) each year the month of february doesnt have a 29th,   

When he was younger, if we tell him he wont have a birthday this year,
He will cry and cry and cry until we tell him to stop,
