kokoye: I think abula is amala right ? and amala is made from yam so the English name should be yam flour. I`m not sure if i`m right though |

Not really, cant describe it honestly. I had to wait for a friend of mine in his car in Ekiti a few yrs back while he rushed into this joint to eat the abula. I got tired of waiting and went to hurry him up and realised that all the men in the place had removed thier shirts and hung them on the wall so they could enjoy the food, sweaty bastards!! |

Me I used to point to the meat i like inside the pot in mama yakoyos place when I was in naija, thats interesting man Or during those time of mama ogbanga close to my area, me and mates used to drink white Emu (palm wime or pami) with ponmo alata swe swe Geeezzz i miss those dayssss men |
