any serious legal lender
will ask yu to do only the following:

open an account with them,
deposit 10-20% equity
and drop a collat/guarantor.

if you go thru a well known customer of the
instituition,they will arrange the loan like an overdraft
so that yu dnt need to pay lots on yur interest.
