Fellow Nairalanders have gone through all the major international news channels today Bbc, Cnn, Aljazeera but theres no mention of this attack.
When the Nigerian military tactically withdraw into Cameroon last week it was the headline news. not even when Russia was invading Ukraine with its troops The Bbc decided to make that as its headline. i can remember when More than 400 Ukrainian soldiers ran into Russia to escape the Russian rebels it was never in the news.

Is it that the Bbc reporters in the north east are not aware of whats going on or what?

May be because that is suppose to be normal setting where the government curbs or repel aggression. If BH was making gains then it is not expected and we should know about it. After all bad news make good news !!!!!
