TERROR!! Boko Haram Takes Over Bama, Hoists Flag by GodswillAJudins(m): 4:10pm On Sep 02, 2014
Boko Haram militants have taken over
Bama, in Borno State. Bama which is the
state’s second-largest city was attacked
earlier today by the militants in an early
morning attack was initially repelled by
Nigerian troops.
According to residents who spoke with
Sahara Reporters, the extremists seem to
have returned in greater force, leading
some of the soldiers to follow fleeing
civilians in an effort to escape. Boko
Haram has completely overrun the city
and hoisted its flag in the city center,
residents claim. An intelligence source
said reinforcements were underway to
Bama from Maiduguri, however only a
few soldiers, in four armored tanks, were
seen near Yezaram River.
The source added that the unit was in no
way capable of re-taking Bama from the
insurgents. Over 100 injured soldiers are
receiving treatment at the MRS Hospital in
Maimalari Barracks. Several soldiers have
died while others are still missing.

don't just post news just because they are 'eye catchy' Be very sure of your source. this is all propaganda, those guys in the pix are not as disciplined or well armed as the Nigerian army unlike what we've been hearing lately. call to friends at unimaid has it that there is still presence of Nigerian military in bama.
