His method was relatively effective and brutal that, as soon as he was eased out, the Arewas went for his head, threatening him with ICC and etc. Nigerians could easily argue that Boko Haram was on the verge of capitulation when the 'dreaded Igbo COAS' was calling the shots. In fact a cross section of who and who in the north and some pseudo human rights activists accused Ihejirika of genocide just as the man was shedding his military uniform for a civilian isiagu & red cap.

Now like a flash, Davis says 'Boko Haram told him' Ihejirika was a sponsor of terror and, just like that, some Nigerians are up in arms calling a man that gave his all a terrorist.

Boko Haram told Davis that Ihejirika sponsored them (BH) so he (Ihejirika) could kill them (BH) in thousands - I need a new logic synthesis because the current boolean is not cutting it here.
