NIGERIANS BEWARE!!!
ETISALAT is in Nigeria to defraud Nigerians. I've been watching them since until yesterday, I bought N2000 for my modem and got 650mb, in less than 2hrs, Etisalat announced the data finished, I did not download nor upload anything, no video, no music. I called the customer care but they made sure i finished my airtime without attending to the complaint. Please think twice before you subscribe to any Etisalat data plan. They are executive army robbers.

my brother the thing tire me, i have not heard of monies being deducted because u called customer care. btw etisalat is the best service providers for me, u recharge N200 u get N200 bonus. d op made a mistake about using airtime to call cc I'm sure.....but op is right about how etisalat overcharge people on data usage.it happened to me twice. first time I thought it was a mistake. second time I knew it was a fraud going on. before, 30mb can last up to 6 days on my glo bounce.... imagine using over 100mb in a week with etisalat.haba!!
anyway im now getting my revenge on them.browsing n downloading free for over two weeks now on my android with all my firewalls disabled

Which etisalat plan gives that recharge bonus??

A warning to all new etisalat subscribers. before subscribing to any dataplan (bis or otherwise), make sure your data connection is switched off, or else they will just assume for you and start deducting your money(on pay as you go) immediately you recharge. a LOT of unsuspecting subscribers have fallen to this ploy (me included) I even went to one of their branches some years ago in aba to complain, how can you start deducting my money when I didn't specifically request for a dataplan or when the request didn't go through as a result of network glitch?? I just don't get it.

In terms of call rates they are the worst of all, same goes for data. Can't remember when last I recharged my etisalat line. Been trying to port out of the miserable network.

yea their data is expensive
but they have d most stable network anywhere

mtn is kind of cheap but their network too bad
