8.)Tuwo:Tuwo is a very common food amongst Nigeria foods.
7.)Akpu:Akpu is a very popular and delicious food known mostly among eastern Nigerians.
6.)Bread:Bread is a food which cut across every tribe and sector in Nigeria.
5.)Noodles:Noodles is a very common and popular food especially amongst children.
4.)Pounded Yam:Pounded Yam is the most popular food which some believe originated between the Yoruba and Igbo. 3.)Rice:Rice is a carbohydrate food that is greatly consumed in Nigeria.Rice is consumed almost on a daily basis by most Nigerians.
2.)EBA:Eba is one of the most eaten food in nigeria.Infact it as cut across every sector and ethnic group in Nigeria.It is believe to be mostly taken by southern Nigerians,but the popularity is no joke.
1.)Garri:This list would be incomplete without garri.Garri is the most widely consumed food is Nigeria,infact some have made it a daily food that they cant do without.

we consume too much carbohydrates. we need to change our eating habit.

Noooo! I don't agree jor......that list is not complete without Rice undecided. And Biko what is the difference between Eba and Garri?

Igbos call all forms of cassava flakes, garri.
Yoruba call the prepared one Eba to differentiate it from the one they soak: garri, cos they fancy soaks

Do u know the nutritive value of ofe onugbu, ofe Ora, okra/ogbono, nsala, egwusi, ofe akwu and rice?
Carbohydrates are good and should form 60% of your diet.
