Hi Olex, I think the best option will be for you to start small. N400,000 might sound like a lot now but it really is not, even in a place like Ilorin. By the time you factor in the amount that you'll be spending on the land space and structure (either leasing or buying), buying of restaurant utensils, payment of staff etc you'll see. I advise that you get a small space to begin with. It might not have the same exposure as a big space but if you work hard and right in building a reputation, you'll be able to move up in no time!
