the newspaper companies to ask if they can give you discount on sales.
a good location
and oh you have to be up as early as five am to get the papers of the day or receive them.or get to their office after the print the papers at 11pm.

There is an association of vendors in each locality. You have to register with them since there are the agents media houses deal with. They don't sell to individuals.

You get in advanced and return unsold. Except for Punch, others allow you to sell before payment.

And of course the tools like wooden table and chair. Goodluck.
