What about the Rivers State Secretariat Point Block. Although i dnt knw hw many feet it is but it's about 18-20 storey building

What is PAINFUL is one of the tallest buildings in Nigeria COCOA house in Ibadan was built SOLELY from money derived from the sales of Cocoa.

Today, all we know is oil. So SAD

we need to return and boast our agricultural sector. Groundnuts, the Groundnut pyramnids, Cocoa, cotton etc.

ugsams: Having lived in Lagos and personally been to most of those building even the new structure under construction at Abuja, I don't think you are right with some of the building on your list but I will leave it for others to also judge. Although, Union Bank building is actually tall, I have been to the 22nd floor on several occasions.

Yeah Bro! Intercontinental Hotel is the number 1 in Nigeria. Far higher that the buildings earlier mentioned by the OP

Don't be surprised Ibadan used to be one of the premier city in Africa.

With first TV station, University and tallest building. The Place is still kind of OK but it did not keep up the way that could have made it keep that status.

A Skyscraper without glass exterior?? The glass exterior is what made them skyscrapers not height

These buildings are no skyscrapers, they are just tall building/towers.
Cocoa House, Ibadan has glasses on it.

Those structures ain't skyscrapers, they're basically high rise structures on par with a generic apartment building.
