I have a similar case. But does it mean u have to finish the 916mb before u can enjoy the 1 gig? If thats the case, it is useless, given the short validity peroiod. I try to stretch out my 1.5 gig to last me 3-4 weeks because my primary means of internet consumption is spectranet which gives me enough (55Gigs). If Mtn wants me to max out my 1.5 gigs(currently 721mb) to enjoy that 1 gig which will expire this weekend, then they are really being disingenious. It's all a ploy to milk more money from consumers.

by the way how do you get the message from MTN N stating the percentage of the data you have used.
