Zero (0) degree, viewing from my phone (nokia touch light).
Mathematically:
A clock is a circle, therefore, total sum of angle is 360. A clock is made up of 12 hours, each hour equals 30 degrees.
Between 12 to 1 hour inclusive, there is 5 lines, each line stands for 6 degrees.
As a result of my phone (I can't view the picture), here are your possible answers.
At hour 3 and mins 15 =0 degree.
At hour "3.2" (the hour pointer is now at 16 lines) and mins 15 = 6 degrees.
At hour "3.4" (the hour pointer is now at 17 lines) and mins 15 = 12 degrees.
Note: Dont mind my touch light phone.
Or better still, can you help to note where the hour pointer is pointing to(I can't view picture on my phone)?

The angle between the hour hand and the minute hand is 7.5°
Should I explain how I got that?

I would av thirded... Except for the fact that the hour hand is no longer directly on 3 . It has moved some distance away.

Since there are 5 markings between each clock number (each hr) means it moves 60/5= 12mins for each marking.. Since its 15mins past 3 means it has moved 15/60 times 5 which is 1.25 marking... Now each marking is 360/60 degrees =6degrees..there fore it has moved 6 *1.25 =7.5 degrees... Hence dats d difference between d two hands

7.5○

1.25/60 = ×/360

× = 1.25×360/60 = 7.5○

Lol, remember you ain't concerned with the time. The major thing is the angle between them.

in my opinion, it's 3 degrees. Lemme xplain:
The angle btw 12 and 3o'clock is 45 degree.and btw these 45 degrees,we hav 15 mins so,dividing 45 degrees by 15 mins we hav 3 degrees for each minute and it's so obvious we hav a min. Btw dem

hope i'm correct
