Exclusive Breast-Feeding (EBF)

Feeding an infant from the first hour of its birth to, at least, 6 months with exclusively breast milk. Afterwards, other healthy edible food can be added while maintaining breast feeding for at least 2 years or more has been found to be "one of the simplest, smartest and most cost-effective ways we have of supporting healthier children, stronger families and sustainable growth" (UNICEF)

It also contributes immensely towards child's brain development, aids cognitive function, increases child's immunity to chronic n infectious diseases especially the two child killer diseases - Acute Respiratory Infections and Diarrhea!
