Is the "check engine" light on as well? If yes, you might need to run a scan on the car to find out why. At times, the VSC/Traction turns off when the "check engine" light comes on, it is a self preservation mechanism on the car. |

I had same issue with my Lexus, we to a scanner and they cleaned it up but it surfaced again, the second scanning was then told one of the oxygen sensors have gone bad and needed replacement...I continued using it that way till i sold it, was told the sensor is 35k |
