Nairaland Health Sector Has Helped Me Before When I Was Suffering From Pain. Now I'm Back. Please I'm 6ft, 80kg, My Arms Is Slim So I'd Love To Have A Bigger Arm Muscle. I'm Not A Fan Of Weightlifting Plus I'm Already Over 80kg So No Need. Please Kindly Recomend Drugs That Can Do The Magic For Me. Thanks. NB: edmark & gnld merchants should keep off. |

My bro,there is never an easy way to get that biceps and triceps except u lift weights and do some resistance exercises like push-ups,pull-ups,chair-dips e.t.c. Even the steroids pro body-builders take do not just add slab of muscles to the body.They most work the muscles via weight-training. I recommend u start with free-weights like dumb-bells because of its magical effects in building arm muscles.You can start with 5kg and keep on progressing and challenging the muscles.Then the bar-bells is good for the triceps when using the close-grip method and also good for the pectoral(chest)muscles. Eat good food,i mean well balanced-diet rich in protein because protein is neccessary for muscle-building. Sleep well ,avoid drinking indiscriminately and smoking. Within weeks u will begin to see improvements. Don't take any drugs. I follow these tips and i am better for it. |

Steroid will give you.man boobs, shrink your "nuts" and give you mood swings. If you are unlucky your body might even up its estrogen production (bare in mind u are a guy. Don't need that), this will lower Ur testosterone level and cause an imbalance in your bodies chemical system. If you are using HGH be careful its not HCG. Human chorionic gonadotropin (better known as hCG) is produced during pregnancy, and is most times sold as a fake HGH this will so f*ck u up n desensitize ur testicles.I could list more side effects but I don't have time for this. There are better options out there. Sorry for the profanity BTW. |
