Please I need help...its not been up to a year I bought this phone but its developed a fault I could not understand . My tecno m3 is operating itself and it minimizes on its own when u try to manage it. It does this almost all the day whenever it starts and It won't allow you to browse or type numbers...........please help 1 Like |

akiOYIBO:Switch off d phone, press the vol. down and power button of ya phone till it comes up, use your volume keys and navigate to clear data and use your power button to select... Note: you would lose your apps and text messages/contacts in d phone memory.. But u won't lose media files in d phone memory |

akiOYIBO:There is an app that came with your phone called "back up and restore" open it, u would see "back up" underlined. Under back up u would see "personal data" open it then tick on seleclt all. At the buttom u would see " backup to sd" click on it and u r done. Do exactly to your "application" . After factory reset go to same app and u would see "restore" from there u can reinstall all your apps and recover your data which u have previously saved. |
