Pls NLs, wat causes blood in ur paste while brushin? Also seen while rinsing ur mouth yet no pain or sour in ur mouth or gum

Hi there, it could be an early sign of gum disease or maybe you brush too hard. Take supplements such as vitamin c or increase your intake of citrus fruits like oranges. Also brush with gentle up/down strokes and avoid using a toothbrush with hard bristles. Hope this helps, good luck

See ur dentist, ur gums are most likely infected(gingivitis). Might be very mild now, hence d absence of pain. Scaling and polishing with a mouthwash will help, deep scaling might be needed depending on ur presentation. Ur brushing technique needs to be reviewed too.
