These celebrities at one time or the other had to step out not wearing bra.
It could be that they don't have bra or that they have but forgot to put them on before storming out of their houses or simply because bras make them uncomfortable. Lol.

its obvious that bra helps women with big or fallen/sagged bosoms but women with small bosoms may not need bra.
