I always feel like crying whenever I visit lagos.
Phew
It's no place for ajebutter people I swear.
If I want to take public transport,it's always war.hurt myself several time trying to board a bus.

If I decide I can't handle the stress and take a cab to and fro instead,I spend like 7- 8 thousand in a day on transport.
Calculate that in a week. embarassed

And I can't ask my host to leave his work to drive me around.

I love my quiet Imo state.
For calm souls like us.

I was born and brought up in Lag in the outskirts of Ajegunle. Later my family moved down to Badagry. Though I'm quoting you from school (FUT ,Owerri). Life in owerri is cool and easy. No troubles and noise like everyday lagos. Wish my family could relocate down here...

You were born in Ajegunle and later moved to badagry and you say Lagos is not worth it? grin grin grin

Lagos is hustlers paradise, melting point for all Nigerians. Its a place where you learn different ideas and replicate it in other places. Lagos is where dreams and hopes are made possible and dash. However, its land full of opportunity for the hard working and smart indigenous, local and strangers...Living in Lagos anything is possible, reason why the state is attractive to fellow Nigerians from other states... Lagos, a city where you find 'sane' men that are 'mad' and the madly 'sane' people. A place where you can lose it without even knowing you have. The only place I can never be a resident of. No thanks to the hoodlums that dealt with me in Cele on my first visit. Lagos is simply Lagos in fact. There's really none other like Lagos.
