Did you click on print receipt icon on your portal, if so then go to the bank that you paid to, it may be from them and if its not from them, they will direct you to the next place to lodge your complain which am sure shud be cits

Patience dude.. Keep checking.. Let me give a piece of advice: the payment advice printing might take more than 24 hours as some claim.. Some us who were the first to be screened,printed it 3-4 days after screening.. Remember,ur account as to be uploaded..

Fixing 2 days for the screening enable those who miss the 1st day due to reasons like: compilation of incomplete credentials and other reasons best known to u to be screened on the second day.. But let me give u an advice(as i always do): if u miss the 1st day and decide to go next week,pls make sure u are with enough food and water to sustain for hours cuz u're going to have to wait,i mean really wait.. To avoid this: 'come early'.. Let me add: 'please'
