Bro, you need to see a Dermatologist....Or a skin-care specialist....
They are very scarce....You can see one at any University teaching hspital or any big hospital....
I had almost similar experience last year (aldo, twasnt eczema)....Twas an allergic reaction caused by excessive use of caffeine.....
I had to see a Dermatologist in the University hospital.....
AM very sure, its a minor case....Or perhaps a symptom of another disease...
Keep visiting the clinic....continue taking your drugs...You ll see positive result...
