Godmystrength: role models to who? The singles or everybody? But IMO, i don't think you need marriage to be people's role model.Experience is the best teacher.... A married woman will definitely share her experience of marriage to a spinster... Same to a bachelor .... the single ones can emulate the good sides of a married woman... In order to shape hers when she eventually gehs married... That's the role i mean |

Why are we acting like marriage isn't a change of status. A married woman will certainly not wear bum shorts to a club except she is insane but a single lady could without shame. When u marry, u start representing not just u but ur husband and kids and vice versa. That Amber Rose is married and dresses like a slu.t doesn't mean that the average American married woman dresses so. Even the Westerners we copy still dress decently when married except those in showbiz. Op Stay away from clothing that makes u look wild or slutty or that makes u come across as looking for a man. U decide what such clothes are. 1 Like |

Depends on wat age as a married woman, if u r a young married women in ur 20s nd early 30s den u r still young nd dis is d time to dress even more beautifully cos ur hubby will feel now u r his property so he can move into d world, its d little things u do to kip him dat now counts by still maintaining d youthful luk, applying make up as usual nd don't tie wrapper on ur chest like some old cargo, d most important thing dat identifies u as a wife outside is ur ring nd how u comport urself in public not dressing as an old maid cos it'll just chase ur husband away. Thank u |

Stillfire: This is how married Nigerian women look.lmao o . but seriously, a married woman can still rock the picture 1 and still look like an unmarried chick o. I have actually rocked the style twice in my life time so far sha. though the blouse was not like this (the ones in the picture look funny) and my gele was professionally carved out and not like the load on these ones heads.... picture 2 is a no for me (maybe cos i am not from that tribe) and picture 3 is a BIG NO NO. You will be surprised by how many single ladies even wear that. for picture 4 |

Married women are fat and should not wear tight/revealing/short clothes. I think that is the general idea. Once, you give birth, you will start looking like a married woman cos u will add weight. |
