Will Large Firms/organisations Consider Proposals From Business Name Companies? by chux76(m): 11:30am On Sep 17, 2014 |
Hello, I need urgent business advice for a friend. His company is duly registered as a Business name since 2010 but he has not carried out any major transaction with the business since its registration but he has an idea that he believes would benefit some large organizations, not government establishments though. His worries; Would they honour a proposal from a business entity that is a sole proprietorship/Business name? What are his chances of getting considered given his company is a business name and not an LLC? How does he protect his ideas from being stolen and used by these organizations he wishes to send proposals to? Is there a way he can package himself to enhance his chances of being considered? Is there anybody in the house who has successfully executed projects or had successful proposals with large firms using just a business name as tender? Please share your experience Please lets help out a young entrepreneur. |

chux76: Still waiting for humble and honest responses.... If you can get a source from inside, that will help. Company criteria for receiving proposal from outsider differ. A close pal of mine submitted an export strategy to boost a coy revenue and they were chasing him all around. He's no business name. As for protecting your idea, you should know that idea theft is a global issue. So, get the service of a lawyer (a trusted one and explain what you are about to do, you will be guided. No money is involved untill bubble start burstling from the other side) |
