The concept of The First Lady could be called ‘the female version of The Apprentice’.
This is a uniquely conceptualized process of selecting, mentoring and unveiling the TOTAL WOMAN.
It is a grand plot to further appreciate and empower the Nigerian woman.
It is a reality show cum Awards
It is a quest to discover the total woman; the ideal woman
The ideal woman in this context is that lady who is a brilliant and economically productive career woman, yet rich in socio-cultural values. She must survive all tasks and activities structured to testing her intelligence, business acumen, tolerance, strength, and knowledge of both womanhood and motherhood.

Criteria For Participation

Age range must be from 18 to 35 years old
Participant must fill and submit registration form
Participant must be Nigerian
Participant must reside in Nigeria
Participant must have good command of English Language and at least one Nigerian Language
Participant must have at least Secondary school Education
Participant must be certified healthy by a medical doctor.
Participant must confirm the validity of all information provided
Participant must abide by all house rules

The Fattening Room: womanhood, motherhood, cooking training and competitions, home Economics, home management
The Academy: career counselling, academic works
The Probation: professional work, career building
The Pageantry: entertainment
