hmmmmm.just don't know why everything has to be monetised? why don't these greedy people just put up a free comprehensive downloadable guide inform of PDF for prospective farmers, intimating them of the real cons and pros of the venture, thereby giving the newbie the opportunity to decide whether he wants to venture into it or not
The usual practice is nothing next to a scam. The shylocks lure you to their farms, sells their stock, then send you off your figure it out yourself. Attimes, they tell you to attend their seminars at astronomical cost, leaving a gaping hole in your pockets. They come in the guise to help you,but inwardly, their main aim is line their pockets, and smile to the banks through their guile mechanizations. I don't see Nigeria growing agriculturally, if so called helpers primary aim is to help themselves.
wicked things.

The amount of money invested in grasscutter farming largely depends on two things: the availabilty of a secured housing unit in an appropriate location and the number of start up family. If there is suitable space and two families are used then about N200,000 would do. But you are right to say that it takes a while to mature and it's certainly not as easy as they make it sound. For one, it's a full time job and cant be combined with a another day job unless workers are employed. They eat a lot and are wasteful so feeding alone is much work and it gets more difficult as they multiply. Any one who lacks the passion for it shouldnt dare venture into it. no be beans o.

Farming is a skill that is acquired at a cost. Nothing in life is free. One must give in order to receive. Are there universities that offer degree programs for free? Do you know the amount of research work and resources that was and still is being put into standardizing the technique of grasscutter breeding? The issue shouldnt be about the payment made for training rather it's about the quality of training being received. Does the trainee get his or her moneys worth? are the instructions delivered at these seminars adequate to run a successfull breeding program? that is the issue at hand. Too many theoretical farmers posing as tutors while the experienced ones are too stingy with necessary info. They wont tell you what you need to know and that's where greed comes in.

For you to think of making money out of it in the next two years, two families will be too small for a start.
