don't expect too much from bedc like Sahara, Sahara is controlling 2 discos nd 2 generation plants I think while bedc is just 1 disco, their training is 1 year nd I think rumors have it that bedc training will be just 4 months, just saying u shouldn't expect too much so u don't get disappointed Specially on the salary. anyway sef next week is almost here nd all our questions will be answered

Nigeria is way overdue for a revolution in our Power Sector.
I wanna enjoin every one that has received this job to see this opportunity,not just as a job to earn money,but rather,as part of the smart minds God has given the opportunity to change the Power Sector in Nigeria.
Apart from our very poor Power Generation in Nigeria(currently averaging about 4GW,while Industrialized USA is doing over 1000gigawatts while constantly improving their energy mix), our distribution companies are constantly battling with their ATCn C (Aggregate technical,commercial and collection) losses.
I therefore enjoin you guyz, especially the to quickly align yourselves,and brace yourselves as we battle darkness(literally) and usher in the dawn of light.
Start getting relevant info,and starr seeing the power sector not just in the view of BEDC,but rather with a wider view,covering Nigeria,Africa,and the world. Get on NERCs website,and every other site that would give you relevant information on Nigeria's current Power status and where are headed.

One sack of guguru for u,I've really found some stuffs that interested me about the power sector while preparing for my plenty disco interviews but I never dey sure if I'm really interested in going that extra mile as far as power is concerned tho I told them I really wanted to be a part of that revolution during my interview.

@ d pay,guys,d focus is building d relevant skills to leverage on in d future...by then,u would be d one dictating d terms of agreement...I have lived and worked in Benin,and a figure under but close to 6digits is ok 2 be decently comfortable for a start..at least,u can do much better wiv it,than u can wiv an early 6digits in lagos...

wow so u took time to go tru my profile, now I'm blushing nd Thanks. for the comment. you're right on point about the close to 6 digits in Benin being better than 6 digits in lag, that was exactly my consolation too cos I've never really wished to work in lag,offcos except I get a job that can afford me to work nd also live on the island nd within a close proximity.
So guys you have Nothing to worry about I believe the bedc conditions would be good

U blushing...hehehehehe...u be Oyibo...hehehehhe...don't mind me jare...live and work on d Island,mehn,datz d dream ooo...not just on d island,buh within ten minutes drive to work....buh,Island is overatted too sha,not such a fan of d Island though....had several other opportunities to have been in lag earlier,buh the conditions weren't right then,now,its reasonably ok...So,boys are getting used to it,and trying their best to maximise the opportunities it brings...buh,Benin can be dry to sha...chai,buh,at least,we don dey try small small sha...at least derez a Cinema now,some nice Chinese eateries,a karoeke bar,ehm...no beta shopping mall yet sha,except for hallmark,ehm,in all,not a bad place to start,especially if u know how to create ur own fun...and u get to save all dat money u wud av spent catching ur fun in other interesting cities....ehm,no too many big boys wein serious(like dem fine,serious,TDH PH Oil boys),except na dem fine yahoo boys u like...hehhehehehe...so,u can stick wiv ur lagos boyfriend ehhh...hehehehehe....aite

you're really cracking me up,Yea there's now kada cinema in Benin, nd about island being overrated well I just like that it's free from the Lagos hustle nd bustle nd rowdiness so I spend most of my little time in lag there. nd also I have some very good friends in Benin already both male nd female so I won't be that desperate for new ones .
finally, who told u I have a Lagos boyfriend? I had to put that on another line,.... no spoil market for me o from this our bedc guys.
