It is well known that lepashandi is a turd who opens inane threads and posts drivel showing his glaring lack of wit or any form of intelligence. A human (very sad to say) whose brain capacity only rivals that of a neanderthal should be ignored by all concerned because arguing with this twerp will only tire the sane person doing so. He would prefer corruption and societal ills be ignored and accepted just because he has a 'palin' view of how things work in a civilised society. It is a shame that nincompoops like him have access to the internet where they constantly expose their idiocy to the annoyance and sometimes humour of everyone. |

In crime rate, yes . . .the blacks. In human rights abuse (in the apartheid era) yes. One of the worst in the world. In other aspects . . .NO! They have a very civilized system. Cape Town is more beautiful than London! |

Two men are due to appear at a court in Johannesburg on Tuesday, accused of raping a five-month-old girl who was discovered covered in blood and in tears. . . . . . Last year, the Human Sciences Research Council released a report stating that in three out of five child rapes, the mother is aware of the abuse. Every day an estimated 150 children are raped in South Africa -- about 55 000 reported rapes a year. In recent weeks, authorities have reported nearly a dozen rapes of infants. A 5-month-old girl was the latest victim. Two male suspects -- one 17, the other 24 -- were charged with the crime. |
