Is the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) not aware of the fact that so many motorists and bikers travel on our roads at night without light?

is the FRSC not aware of the avoidable tragedy/accidents this causes on daily basis?

is the FRSC not meant to ensure bicycles are not seen on our roads at night as they have no bulb?

When will the FRSC address this issue?

i have seen and heard of accidents caused by this. has the FRSC not seen or heard of such?

Is the FRSC's duty not to ensure the safety of our roads any more?

this is from me, adonbilivit. a concerned Nigerian
