Do you know you can set up a restaurant that serves this menu? And make a killing? Just give it a bold name, give it swag, proper advertising etc, and spruce up the dishes one way or another, (maybe add complimentary sides like spicy meat/fish etc) and you're made. I GUARANTEE YOU THAT. In the US they have a restaurant chain called IHOP (International House of Pancakes). Their dishes center around pancakes of various types, plus menu options like omelettes etc. They make a roaring trade!! It's all about identifying with, and catering to, the grassroots. In Nigeria - long fixated on foreign ideas - the market for indigenously creative businesses like this is huge and largely untapped.

Why would I want to pay someone to mix garri for me when I can buy a sack and drink it anytime in my house at a significantly lower cost. The most I can do is buy their meat/moi-moi. Drinking garri in a restaurant and in your house can never be the same. Even if na d same garri from my house dem carry go restaurant, ko le dabi. grin
