BOKO HARAM, The Killings Of The Innocent And The Way Forward by Nobody: 2:51pm On Oct 04, 2014
This writeup is not expected to be long but short and precise. Frequently, we wakeup with news that Boko Haram killed a number of people. mostly villagers in remote border towns.

This news have been giving us a kind of impression that they have been making progress. Recently, they became more daring by declaring a caliphate following their counterpart (ISIS) and overran some of these border towns

The Nigerian Military have come under series of criticisms and people saying they are not doing enough to curtail this evil. The truth still remains that the Military needs our support. They are in the frontline and I believe they are doing their best possible especially with their recent victories which is a morale booster.

We need to stop this killings of the innocent by the Boko Harams. I want to suggest a winning strategy to stop this killings. It may be difficult for this current dispensation to effect due to the election fever that has gripped the political arena but it can be adopted if this struggle continues.

These border towns should be categories into 4 groups.
1. Highly risky
2. mildly risky.
3. risky
4. safe
Lets take Bornu as a case study.
Towns where the insurgent easily operate and has been frequent should be classified as highly risky.
Towns were the insurgent operates but not frequently should be classified as mildly risky
Towns that has the likelihood of being attacked, should be risky
Towns with no threat of an attack should be classified as safe.

Why should anybody stay in a category 1 and 2. When he/she knows that at any time, death can come? The government should evacuate category 1 and 2 and establish a refugee camp in a safe location heavily guarded, where this people can be looked after and a full scale war be initiated against the insurgent in those towns.

The government should send teams to evacuate civilians to a refugee camp and ensure non of them leaves the camp because the risk of infiltration by Boko Haram is also there.

When the Sword is drawn for this all out rooting, Any civilian found in those towns should be killed because he/ she has no reason being there. Every living soul in those towns, after adequate information and evacuation has been concluded, Should be killed. I will tag this operation Code name- Noahs Ark
May God help us all
