Fisheries Biology; and a Ph.D. in Zoology. It is
preposterous to describe such a man as “clueless.”

It is not about having Phd or even being a Professor. Iyiola Omisore holds a Phd in Engineering, yet he ran a mediocre campaign and was foolish to be eating two roasted maize at the same time without buying any for his boys all in the name of publicity stunt.
