U need a software company to employ u to train u and learn, anyways best of luck, but i guarantee u, companies are looking for already trained professionals not rookie designers, u can pay for training at a good IT training school or be like most developers here go online and download books and start reading and developing yrself, if u start and u do not understand u can always come here to ask questions and u are sure to get answers.
