We heard news of the lunar eclipse. Nd most of us were excited or scared. Until we found out it won't be in nigeria. As we know. This eclipse required the sun and moon to be 180 degrees away from each other. And according to our primary school science the moon reflects the light of the sun and now that the sun and moon are 180 degrees away from each other(a straight line away from each other). The light the moon reflects is very high. And if you lock outside you will notice this night is particularly brighter than a normal full moon. (how I wish cell phone cameras could capture the beauty of the sky) Visibility is lyk 80%. How is this in your area. Because it is as if my whole area is under one massive street light ......reply now!!!!!!!! P.s. If ur readn this during d day. U just missed a very rare phenomenon that isn't reported by anyone |
