Well, We all come from a particular culture. And our culture shapes who we are and how we are. It is our history, our ethnicity, how we think about family, our music, who we include, the holidays we celebrate, the food we eat, with whom we eat, the expressions we know, how and when we speak, the way we think and make judgments, how we pray, and how we relate to God, each other and strangers.

Sometimes our journey to unknown takes us to the edge of our understanding or to the outer boundaries of our comfort zone as we encounter different people or different cultures.
And our first response may be to pass by saying "I don't want to go there or stop here. " But it is at these times when we need to nudges ourselves to "Cross Over" our fears, assumptions, and our set ways of thinking about others people culture and the way we live, in order to respond to the world and see the boundary situations around us and help we our ability and responsibility to love and care for others..... ( just my opinion )
