Has I turned on my T.V set early this morning to quickly listen to the morning news before setting out for today's work I tuned in to L.T.V(Lagos state television) and I saw this information on the news talking about observing A horn-free day on October 15th 2014 on Wednesday... Horn free kini??

Am coming to lagos soon and I intend to drive myself.

Am relying on the horn to keep me safe so they better not think of it.

even if 45% of drivers obey- thats a miracle for a city like lagos!!

i thik they should ban horning/honking in residential areas- not like theres distinctiong in commercial and residential areas in lagos cheesy
