Contract staff is a kind of staff that is operating with an organisation on a terminal basis as such his/her appointment can be terminated or renewed @ the end of the terminal aggreement say One year, 2years or 5years as the agreement stipulated also Contract Staffs do not enjoy the benefit and priviledge of Full Staff ... They can be easily hired and fired @will !!


Full staff is a kind of staff that is Operating with an organisation on an indefinite basis as stipulated by the terms of appointment thus only resignation,Year of service,death, Terminal Disease or wrongdoings are among those factors that can terminate the appointment of full time staff also, Full time staffs are entitled to Pension and Gratuity @ the end of their service year , death or resignation which a contract staff may not have access to !!

Diff. Is dat 1 can easily pay his rents while d oda borrows to complete his rent.

*1 gets enuf largees afta retirement(35yrs) while d other gets jst a letter of retirement nd possibly a mnth basic salary.
*1 orders his meal frm KFC every break time, while d other prepares ogi in d staff kitchen wiv d akara he bought b4 comin to work.

We both work in d same office but 1 sends d oda to go buy plaintain nd groundnut, refusal attracts termination nd jst a query.
