It's just declared on air now by the chief judge of Ekiti State that all courts are open with immediate effect 2mao. No one knws what could happen as most people are on their toes to witness the swearing in of new governor.

What if the judgement is declared at the tribunal, will the swearing in hold?

Fayose is in for a rough 4-year ride if he's forcefully sworn in. We're talking about Ekiti State here.

APC CRIMINALS ARE JUST TRYING TO PREVENT FAYOSE FROM DISCOVERING AND EXPOSING WHAT THEY HAVE LOOTED FROM EKITI STATE'S TREASURY. BUT IT'S TOO LATE FOR APC.

No! I should ask you. What happened when he was impeached? Just wait and see.

If you are hoping Fayose would not be sworn in then you are on a long thing. There is no basis for the tribunal to nullify his election in the first place as he won free and square.secondly after the tribunal There is another ground of appeal which is the appeal court. lastly, the tribunal is far from concluding its sitting let alone deliver judgement

What do you mean by forcefully sworn in? Did he not win the election?
