Israel is the orchestrator of the notably excessive demands by the United States at the decade-long nuclear talks among P5 + 1 or the Major World Powers and Iran; the CIA is also making funds available for the ISIS/ISIL to uphold the Israel agenda- these are the bold albeit wild allegations made by James Henry Fetzer. He is a retired professor in Madison, Wisconsin, the co-founder of Scholars for 9/11 Truth and an editor at Veterans Today.

The United States along with France, Germany, China, Russia and Britain had requested for an unlimited access to Iran's military sites, unwarranted transparency about its nuclear programme, and discontinue of its uranium enrichment programme - to which Iran opposed. Another point of negotiation is lifting Western nations' and the United Nation's sanctions against Tehran - to which the World Powers object. According to the recent reports, negotiations may be extended from the November 2014 deadline since agreement has not yet reached.

"The United States is obviously moving the goal post, making it impossible to reach an agreement by insisting that inspectors must have access to military facilities in Iran that have nothing to do with its nuclear energy program," Fetzer told Press TV.

Fetzer stressed that U.S.' deliberate derailment of the talks demonstrates that Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is orchestrating everything. Israel had always been persistent about its threat of deploying military forces in destroying Iran's alleged atomic sites if talks failed.

Fetzer underlined that sanctions against Iran is unfounded since Iran had always been a peaceful nation. He emphasized that Iran "hasn't attack any other country for over 300 years." He said that U.S.' "excessive demands" would only pave the way for a legal spying programme or legal espionage that would benefit Iran's enemies.

An "Israel agenda" and a vision for a "New American Century" had given birth to the terrorist group ISIL/ISIS, Fetzer had also alleged. He asserts that the militants are receiving millions of dollars funding from the CIA and military training from Pentagon.

"The US is spending $200 million every week while supporting and attacking the threat. The CIA is funding ISIL," Fetzer said in no doubt. U.S. is allegedly destroying militants in the Middle East but what it is really aiming to achieve is to cripple the governments that resist its global domination.

"... ISIL itself is the creation of the United States, Israel and Saudi Arabia in order to dismantle every Arab nation that serves as a counterbalance to its domination of the Middle East," Fetzer highlighted.

In line with this, Fetzer also contends that the Khorasan Group that U.S. described as more terrifying than the ISIS is all but a "fiction spun out of thin air." He said that US officials had fabricated the rise of the Khorasan to justify its attacks without any authorization from the United Nation's Security Council.

Case in point is the U.S. led coalition airstrikes against ISIS in Syria that does not sought approval from Damascus or from the United Nations. He emphasised that the airstrikes were not really aimed at destroying the ISIS but rather was targeted to weaken President Basher al-Assad regime The U.S. is justifying its airstrikes in Syria to achieve "a reversal of US foreign policy" that came about from the Sept 11 attack - which in reality was conducted by the CIA, Fetzer alleged.
