AGODI GARDENS, Ibadan, Oyo state is currently undergoing transformation and development to ensure a clean, organised and beautiful environment with basic infrastructural and adequate security to ensure a conducive environment for the fast development of tourism in the state, but nevertheless, the garden is welcomed to all and sundry. The garden would become a major site in the city.
The Garden is also expected to provide direct and indirect employment for over 1,000 people in the state, thereby contributing significantly to the socio-economic development of the state.
Agodi Gardens is right in the heart of the metropolitan city of Ibadan. The garden shares the same locality with Premier Hotel on the hill beside an artificial lake and Cultural Centre. The garden is a fine example of multiple use of land for forestry, nursery, arboretum, park boating and fishery, zoo, recreational and relaxation purposes.
