HostX doesn't have a good customer service yet, It always take them forever to reply to mails, I hope this isn't the second version on Domainking

Please tell us the domain names involved and send an email to support@domainking.ng mentioning the domain names involved with the hosting plans you had bought.As far as the hosting is concerned i assure you none of the hosting clients data was compromised in this lapse, that we had,so your claim can we, recover the website hosted with you would not make sense,The data on our servers is intact.You are either facing a minor issue which our support team will make short work of, when you tell them or you only have domain names and free panels,which also can be easily resolved.

It is not about just nigerian's it is about every client and their company and we realize that,we assure you no client will suffer due to mistakes that have been made by our staff,we are reimbursing clients who paid by refunding them,and will provide sufficient compensation in terms of extra service to those who were compromised.
We have hired new staff competent in their fields and ready to handle any unforeseen circumstances.That will be proven by the test of time.
But i assure you No data was lost.
I assure you that 80 percent of problem have been dealt with.
Refunds are being processed as we tally the record,each day
We do understand the meaning of the word Responsibility.
And yes we have been hearing this message about our responsibility ,in the form of ire of our clients since we returned,we deserved their anger and we will be responsibly resolving their issues as a good company.
We were never going to leave clients and run away,we follow good protocols that bind us to our client responsibility,otherwise we would never have returned to face such a situation,we returned because we care about our clients.
We know a few clients have been parted with their money,they will be refunded even at extra cost to us.
We have been working round the clock without receiving a single payment and not single business dollar for last 2 months ,we are assuming that responsibility just for the sake of clients,all of this has been done with cost reflecting against the company,without any new business being received,we did it because it was our responsibility.
We will continue to resolve client issues,not in hopes to just regain their trust and their business back but to fulfill our responsibility.We will continue to do it even if this practice runs us out of business ,so is our level commitment.
we havn't gauged the level of market response towards our services yet,but we will still fulfill our responsibility even if the response is feeble.
Now don't just sit there ,write to us,if you purchased our services,we will resolve your issue,we are paid to do that.

We are in negotiations with NIRA and are working on bringing the main website,then the client panel and live chat will also return.

Over the past few weeks, our website was unavailable due to maintenance and other issues.

Some of the clients would had not been able to buy and renew their services. But, now our website is online and all the services are available except .ng domain registration.

We are really sorry for inconvenience you all had to face during this time due to our website being off-line. We have tried to resolve all the pending queries and have been processing refunds to all those who had not received the service for which they had paid.
