JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Client Service Executive you will be responsible for owning all aspects of delivering top-notch service to key clients. You will work closely with senior-level management and client development associates to help scope and define how to solve their most pressing strategic issues; work closely with top-tier independent professionals to meet client needs; negotiate terms and solve immediate problems; oversee all aspects of client relation engagement success; build lasting relationships with our clients.
Specific skills required include, but are not limited to

• Ability to strike conversation and get agreement.
• Savvy skills to turn objections or an irritated customer to an advocate.
• Creating exceptional emails and blogs.
• Articulates and speaks eloquently on the phone and draft clear and concise emails to clients.
• A charismatic and fun personality who can engage with anyone.
• Excellent negotiations skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• BA/BS degree from a leading University
• Solid computer skills i.e. Microsoft office

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• A bachelor’s degree from a leading University.
• Strong sales track record with 1-3 years in client facing, B2B sales roles, ideally selling services (as opposed to products), preferably within strategy, business development, corporate development, finance and marketing.
• Strong communications skills.
• Ability to quickly and insightfully match client needs to Voomconnect capabilities, either over the phone or in person.
• Ability to create and deliver compelling and persuasive arguments with an executive level audience.
• Demonstrated track record to surpass goals, both call volume and revenue goals
• Driven by customer impact and able to think strategically about growing the business.
• Comfortable in a metrics managed environment.
• Outgoing, confident, helpful, and highly responsive style; a Team player.
• Deep contacts with business leaders across Nigeria’s leading companies in all industry.
