I did my TMI today in Lagos. It wasn't like the panel Interview. There were just a few of us so the waiting time wasn't also as bad.
He basically asked my name, Why access Bank, what school I went to, what class of degree i attained and finally, if I had any questions for him.
It was about 5mins max and he was friendly and calm.
Noting too nerve wrecking.

Tell us about urself, what do u understand by professionalism, why the banking industry, why access bank, if u studied an unrelated course like engineering, they'll ask why u are switching...
They can be tricky too, they may ask you what if shell calls u while working for us, would u leave...
