Please is anyone having this same issue?

I purchased the license from Afrisoft for their SPC 1 when it came out, after a while, they brought out SPC 2 and I updated two of our websites to use SPC 2 (paid for both licenses fully),

SPC 3 and 4 where also released but I did not upgrade because
1. I dont need the extra features
2. I dont see why I should keep paying for upgrades - none of the other paid software I use required that,

Of Late, the Portal Settings page of my websites has been blank,
Both sites are on 2 different Servers so this is not a server issue,
Even resellers on the same version of the Component cannot access their Portal Settings,

Is anyone else experiencing this?
How did you sort it out?

I've emailed Afrisoft about this but as usual no response.
