I've been posted to benue o! I have aa frnd who served there lasy year. No state alawi, poor elecTricity, cheap aaccomodation, cheap food, glo has the best network on camp. The good news is at gov now gives feeding alawi! Dats extra 15k to the normal N19800. You might not nee to spend ur alawi cos food is practically free in beNuE and ur ppa might give u accomodation.. I stay in lagos. I will be ttravelling on monday. Its 14hrs frrom lagos.

Yeah, I heard you can get a bus striaght to benue(markurdi) from iddo(near ebute-metta). But as for me, I will go tO abuja(coss I have frnds there) spend the night, then head to the camp from there, its just 4hrs. That way I won't be exhausted by the time I get to the camp. IF u can break ur journEy, it might not be so stressful getting there.

Go early to get good accommodation, Toilet na case wen I served there don't know abt now, network is crappy. Where are you coming from?

If you reside in Lagos,prepare for the journey of a life time. If you should leave lagos by 7am, you should get to camp 11pm. Make sure you don't wear tight shoes, make sure you go to camp with fellow corp members. Please leave for benue on monday morning. You can go to iddo park on sunday night to sleep there, that's if you don't stay in lagos. Leg cramp o sure, eat and drink less during the journey. Wish you all safe trip....peace!!!

The price is 4k from Iddo park, d bus might take u to d camp straight from lagos maybe @ price 5k full AC, fair plus, benue links, DB transport nd host of others, buh I prefer Fair Plus cos of d AC.

As for doctors, if u are posted 2 primary health care, Na 50k be ur money, some areas will give accommodation, especially the governors village which has d best corpers lodge. Enuf enjoyment wen d governor is around.
