According to Vanguard, a 28-year-old man has been arrested and charged to court for kidnapping and defiling a 3-year-old girl for 5 days. Abdulkadir Salihu was brought to Lokoja Magistrate Court on two court charges of Kidnapping and rape. Corporal Ubi Ubana who presented the prosecution said the case was reported to the police by the girl's Uncle, Adama Ibrahim on 20th October 2014.
