A governorship aspirant for Kano state, Alhaji Mohammed Abacha, eldest surviving son of Nigeria's late dictator General Sani Abacha, has promised that he would deliver the state to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2015 election by winning the governorship election.
