If you thought the world was sick, you have no idea. This guy posted a photo on Twitter that took him from being a nobody to practically the most hated man on earth. Even the meekest man will cringe at the sight of the photo. He uploaded a gross pic of a 4 months old baby he claims is his “niece” covered in sperm and his erect penis just above her private part, topping it with the caption; “Babysitting my niece  ”.
